Terms and conditions of purchase

In the following, you can find the terms and conditions of purchase for productsconferences and seminars from pej gruppen, pejpantone.dk or trendstore.dk.

We normally dispatch physical goods within 1-2 days of an order being placed.

pej gruppen handles delivery by Post Danmark (unless otherwise stated). Timely delivery presupposes, however, that Post Danmark is able to provide day-to-day delivery. In the event that delays occur on the part of Post Danmark, this will result in corresponding delays to the delivery.

Delivery to Bornholm and a number of small islands is not covered by Post Danmark’s goal of day-to-day delivery. pej gruppen cannot be held liable for delays on the part of Post Danmark.

pej gruppen charges a handling fee of DKK 50.00 ex. VAT.

Furthermore, an invoicing fee of DKK 75.00 ex. VAT is charged if invoice payment is chosen.

Free seminars, subscription to pej trend, international magazines and to 365DESIGN, Branchebladettøj and TID&tendenser are not subject to a handling fee.

pej gruppen encrypts all your card data using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised third parties cannot read your card number or other data during the transaction with PBS.

pej gruppen accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.
Payment will not be debited from your account before the goods are dispatched.

In the event of payment after the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month + a penalty charge of DKK 100.00 per reminder issued, in addition to a compensation charge pursuant to section 9a of the Danish Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act (Renteloven).

How to purchase items at our online store:

  1. Find the item you require.
  2. Put the item into the shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to basket” symbol.
  3. You can then continue shopping if you wish to buy other items.
  4. If you change your mind about a purchase or you wish to make any amendments – such as changing the number of items – you can delete the item using the delete button or alter the quantity in the box. ‘Update basket’ if you wish to see the new price following any changes.
  5. Then go to the checkout. The screen image is “Go to checkout”.
  6. On the next screen you can choose means of payment and shipping.
  7. You then need to enter your customer data and an alternative delivery address if applicable. Click “Continue”.
  8. Confirm your order, i.e. summary of the order and the data you have entered.
  9. Your order will not be placed until you click on “Accept”. If you leave the page before doing this, the purchase transaction will not be completed.
  10. The system will immediately send an order confirmation to the email address you have specified under customer information.

Subject to out of stock items, amendments to prices and printing errors. All transactions take place in Danish Kroner. If another currency is required, please contact our customer service. pej gruppen cannot guarantee that the website and online store are in operation and free of errors at all times.

All our prices are specified ex. VAT in Danish Kroner (DKK). Costs related to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order. On the payment page, delivery costs will appear as a separate line and make up part of your total payment.

Subscriptions are ongoing and will automatically be renewed from one period to the next. We forward a renewal invoice once a year. If you wish to cancel your subscription, this must take place in writing no later than 14 days after receiving the last delivery in the subscription period. Non-payment, return of the item in question or refusal to receive the item from the postal service do not exempt you from payment for magazines/products that have already been issued.

In the event of cancellation later than one week before the day of the conference, 50 percent of the price must be paid, whilst the full amount must be paid if cancellation takes place less than three days prior to the conference. It is possible to send another person from the same firm instead. Please notify us to this effect in advance by calling +45 9711 8900.

Your account number, which is also your subscription number, can be found on the invoice below the date. It will be helpful to quote this number when making any enquiries concerning subscriptions.

Changes of address, change of recipient, etc., can take place via email to [email protected] or by phone on +45 9711 8900.

In the event of new subscriptions for magazines, etc., which come from our foreign suppliers, a processing time of up to 3 weeks following receipt of your payment should be expected, as we have to pay the publishers in advance.

Claims concerning errors and missing items must be reported immediately after reception.

The return of magazines, periodicals, trend products, colour charts and other products purchased at pej gruppen’s Trendstore is in principle not accepted – only according to a separate agreement. This also applies to items bought at trade fairs, during conferences and in the bricks-and-mortar store at Bitsovgård in Herning. pej gruppen’s products are professional products and are not subject to normal rules concerning consumer protection. It is possible for all customers to view trend material and books in our showroom in Herning and at the trade fairs and exhibitions at which we participate prior to completing purchase (trade fairs: CIFF, Formland Upgraded, Design Trade and Gave & Interiør).

We provide 14 days’ full right of return on our ordinary books and Pantone products, provided that these are returned in sealed packaging and have not been used. Right of return is not provided on Pantone Swatch Cards.


No personal data that is registered on pej gruppen’s website will be transferred, sold or made available to a third party at any time. All data is stored in a secure manner and is only accessible to trusted employees at pej gruppen. In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the webshop system, which is an authorised service provider with certification from e-mark.

The webshop system uses so-called cookies to manage the content in the shopping basket. A cookie is simply a designation for a file that is saved on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information, this can be done via your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this takes place via the “Tools” menu and “Internet Options” menu item.

When making a purchase, we request your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The data is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and is saved for a period of 5 years. The “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at pej gruppen in a manner that enables you to subsequently log in and see/alter status. Furthermore, we register the IP address from where any purchase is made. This information is not usually used, but may be surrendered if required for use in a police investigation, for example. All false orders will be reported to the police. You can also choose to have your email address added to a mailing list at pej gruppen, such that you will regularly receive news and other information from pej gruppen. This service can be activated or cancelled at any time. Pursuant to the Danish Data Protection Act, we disclose which information is registered if an enquiry to this effect is made, in addition to which we delete any data to the extent that this is requested.

Privacy policy – acquisition and use of personal data

Processing of personal data – performance of contract
In connection with your purchase at pej gruppen, you will have entered several items of personal data, including in particular

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your payment details

We process your personal data in connection with handling of your purchase, as this is required if we are to complete our part of the transaction, as well as during a subsequent period of 5 years so that it is easier for you to do business with us at a later date. After this period has expired, the data will be deleted.

If you have requested delivery, information concerning your name, address, telephone number and email address will be submitted to our freight company –currently GLS – with a view to delivery of your purchase.

Processing of personal data – consent
If you have marked the box stating “Yes, I consent to you contacting me by email with newsletters or special offers”, we process your email address and data concerning your purchase from us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can either do this by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at [email protected] and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and special offers.

Data security
Irrespective of whether we process your personal data with a view to performance of a contract or based on your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with current legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Your data will only be used for the purpose for which it is collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been achieved and is no longer relevant.

We use third parties for processing of your payment details and for processing of your purchase. We have concluded data processing agreements with these data processors; this is our guarantee that they comply with current rules concerning the protection of your personal data.

Disclosure, objections, amendments, data portability and deletion
You can always contact us to find out which personal data we have in our possession.  This can be done by making an enquiry to:

If there are errors in our information, you can always ask to have it corrected so that we have the correct information, in addition to which you have the right to have the information submitted to you in a standard format (data portability). If you wish changes to be made or want data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above email address.

If you no longer wish us to process your personal data or you want us to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send a request to this effect to the above email address.
Your data (with the exception of your email address if you have granted your consent to processing hereof with a view to receiving special offers) will subsequently be deleted after 5 years, cf. the Danish Financial Statements Act (Regnskabsloven).

If you wish to withdraw your consent to processing of your email address (this enables us to send you our newsletter and relevant special offers), you can do this at any time by pressing on a link in the newsletter.
